The band was formulated in 2011 and consists of some of the most hard-working musicians is passionate about music and their new song is an evident demonstration of their musical genius.

Silverback Colony I want More

The pandemic has allowed Gabriel Douglas and Kai Brewster to create this song, let it grow, and flourish as Kai created madness the likes of which can be seen as you float through catching different galaxies as the song envelopes and folds and shoots forth.

This 11-minute track is an extraordinary song that rides on the concept of wanting and having better in every aspect of life. Silverback Colony’s pictorial vocal sound passionately rides the band’s instrumental musical wave, which involves acoustic guitar strums, electric guitar riffs, pulsating bass lines, and fiery drumming. I want more of The Silverback Colony Band is really an eye-opening experience for music lovers out there.

NRVT Opens 2021 with Lifestyle and Arts Digital Song ‘Midnight Riviera’ to a Worldwide Community of Music Lovers and Dancers.

London, UK, January 2021NRVT releases new song ‘Midnight Riviera’ to a worldwide community of song lovers and dancers. In any event, the song will be available across some digital platforms from Sunday 3rd January 2021, and more digital platforms thereafter.

NRVT continues to build his musical repertoire, taking one song at a time, and looking to supersede each song with a new one. He explains the inspiration for each new song has nothing to do with superseding the previous one. Each new song floats into existence like a bubble in the universe. The conception that went into its formation drawn from inspiration.

Another way of songwriting to NRVT is likened to trowel trades. Each brick gets buttered up and placed along the route of the build. The brick is the song, and gets placed among the others. That new brick is ‘Midnight Riviera.’ After laying ten bricks we can conclude NRVT’s project is still in infancy yet on track with work in progress.

NRVT will continue to build and release new songs like bricks. English bond, Reggae bond, Rap bond, Hip Hop bond, Dance bond, Pop bond, Rhythm, and Blues band, is what inspired NRVT to write ‘Midnight Riviera.’ Whether at home, in your car, or on your headset, this song is going out to a worldwide community of music lovers and dancers.

Check out Midnight Riviera as you stroll along the riviera, pier, promenade, docks, or marina. Tel Aviv promenade is a great place to start and before you know it you’re in Jaffa. St Katharine Docks Marina near the City of London, the pier at Hastings, 7-mile beach Jamaica, Miami, or Monaco. ‘Midnight Riviera’ calls out to the fashion-conscious of today, the scientists of tomorrow, the lovers, and those who just want to dance and wave their hands in the air.

‘Midnight Riviera’ is music and entertainment, a song for lifestyle and the arts, you can listen and dance to wherever you choose to, out now.

Interview: Fuun Shares Insights About Their Musical Journey

Following the release of their brand new album, our team had the opportunity to share a short conversation with the band to find out more about their journey music. Here are a few excerpts from the interview:

We are happy to have you today. Tell us about your 2021 so far! What have you guys been up to?

Thanks for having us! It’s great to hear from you.

We released our first Album on the last day of 2020 so we started the new year with a big celebration and big hopes. While promoting the album all around the world (from our home office) we had to build a duck and chicken aviary for our animal friends. It was hard work because winter was coming, and it had only a few degrees here in Germany. But we had to do it because we had a horrible hawk attack last year.

Can you share more with our readers about your latest release “Past”? What inspired the album?

Past is about anything that grinded our gears in the past seven years. It was inspired by monsters under our beds, the feeling of losing time and living life as a disoriented young humanoid.

How did the band first get started?

Pascal and Dreher have known each other since their school days and already made music together back then. Due to a lack of rehearsal space, they registered at the music school. There they met Genoveva, who was learning bass at the time. Later Julian discovered a recording of FUUN on the internet and contacted us asking if we wanted to record a song with him as part of his bachelor studies in the recording studio of the School of Audio Engineering in Munich. Then we just kept Julian. He’s our Julian now. Lol.

How did you all decide on the band name Fuun?

For the name FUUN, we were inspired by the short name of the band Eels. Also, we didn’t want to commit to any language at that time, so we were looking for a word that didn’t have a meaning in any language. Fun Fact: We later found out that our band name is “bad luck” in Japanese. Also, it turned out that the name is disastrously bad to find on the internet because search engines always correct it to “Fun”. But we stick to it for FUUN. 😊

How would you describe your sound to someone who just listened to your music for the first time?

We’d say it’s definitely some sort of happy post-grunge psychedelic stoner rock. Think of Alice in Chains, The Pixies, Radiohead and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard all in one.

How has these past few months of quarantine affected you all creatively?

We finished the album and already created a few songs for the next release. As most of us are living together, we were able to focus on our common creativity to establish authentic art in these shitty times.

What advice do you have for anyone interested in starting their own band?

Do not let individuals stop you. Draw consequences rather sooner than later.

Jamming together should be FUUUUN!

Biggest lesson learned in your career so far?

Deadlines are gold.

How do you get pumped up before a big event?

Normally the pure sensation of being together with our fans pumps us to the moon and back. Also, we eat together. For a good show, we need all the energy we can get.

Are you currently working on any special projects?

We are working on some brand-new songs that are inspired by the pandemic and that spends us hope looking forward. Some of these songs are very upbeat and happy. We want to form a counterpoint to all the bad news these days.

Thank you for speaking with us! For our final question, is there anything else you would like to add?

Performing a show in Africa and discovering the great art scene there is a big dream of us and someday it will come true. See you after the pandemic!
