Congratulations on your latest track “Morty and I”, What was the inspiration behind the single?
I wanted to fuse the melody of Travis Scott with the witty comedy of Ski Mask The Slump God, in a way this was a pathway to me making more genres than just one.

The pandemic has really thrown a wrench into the live music experience and for artists altogether. How has it affected you and your career (if at all)?
I feel it really gave me a foundation in which to really start my music career. Everyone being at home on their computers means everyone needs someone to listen to. I actually made an entire album while I myself was in a two week quarantine.

Everybody is influenced by somebody else. Who would you consider some of your biggest musical influences and how are they influential?
I have to say Juice WRLD. He helped me so much by showing me, even if things get rough and you feel you can’t fight anymore. There is always hope. I wanna keep spreading that message now that he’s gone.

How do you recharge your creative batteries?
I usually sit down, brainstorm a topic and kind of keep it on the back burner until I’m ready to write my lyrics.

Can you see your finished product before you start?
For sure. I am a visionary person. Once I hear the beat and mumble a bit, I know how I want it to sound and what lyrics I want to use. It’s all about meaning though. So if someone doesn’t feel anything such as comedy, anger, joy. I’m not interested in writing it.

Can you talk me through some of the essentials that keep you locked in during a studio session?
My headphones. They are actually so old the muff is falling off but I almost feel I can’t record without them. And of course Monster energy to keep me awake.

Where can people find you online and your music?
Go on any streaming platform(YouTube, Spotify, Apple, etc) and search T.Y.E.E and it’s the first thing that comes up.

For our final question, is there anything else you would like to add?
I just want to say that life can’t be taken for granted, and I’m not going to let this life go to waste. I will work my very hardest until I make a breakthrough. That is all.
