Read below to learn some interesting details about Reime Schemes

Congratulations on your latest track “Africa 2 America”, how do you feel about the newfound success?

Thank you.  Africa 2 America is a love ballad between two worlds representing Africa. We are really excited to share this track and video with the world. We have so far garnered the attention of many radio and TV stations in East and Central Africa to include countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. Hopefully we can reach every country in the continent and eventually the world.

What is the inspiration behind the single?

Africa 2 America was inspired by my recent trip to the motherland. The continent has so many beautiful women and one in-particular caught my attention. The song is a combination of my past experiences as well my most recent encounter in Africa. A true love story brought to life.

What has your musical journey been like? Run us through your story.

My musical journey is quite unique. I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan and moved out to Los Angeles, California to pursue my career in entertainment. I have collaborated on songs with some of the heaviest hitters in the game such as Keith Murray of Def Squad, Yukmouth of The Luniz, Tupac Shakur’s brother Mopreme, Young Noble of 2Pac’sOutlawz, the legendary Spice 1, Bad Azz and Kurupt of Da Dogg Pound Gangstaz, and the list goes on and on. Once I discovered my Nigerian heritage, I begun to explore Africa musically which allowed me to collaborate with many artists from Africa such as Shady Blue, DJ Seven, Gnako, Amber Lulu, and most recently, Bi. Aisha on “Africa 2 America”

What were the biggest initial hurdles to pursuing your musical dreams and how did you overcome them?

Learning my audience and understanding analytics has been my greatest hurdle in the music industry.  I spent years promoting to all music lovers and didn’t pay attention to my core fans. Once I understood my target audience, I was able to make my music grow internationally while  reaching fans in Ireland, Amsterdam, France, Germany, Australia, and Africa.

How do you motivate yourself when things are not going your way as your profession requires a lot of effort?

If things are not trending in a positive direction, I reset and reflect. I look at my wins and areas of opportunities simultaneously.  Once I see the trends and information, I reinvent myself and create more music. All it takes is one song to change everything and that’s my true philosophy.

Are you working on any project right now and what can we expect from you in the future?

I am currently promoting most recent songs to include “Paradise” Featuring Shady Blue, “Debe” Featuring Gnako and OG Rome, and “Africa 2 America” Featuring Bi. Aisha. Each song has an Official video on YouTube and placements on Apple Music, Spotify, and more. I’m currently working on a track with Tanzania rapper, Izzo Bizness which will be released soon.

If you had one message to give your fans, what would it be?

Thanks for your support and following my movement in this musical journey. Please continue to rock with me and connect with me on social media.

Are you happy with whatever you have achieved in your career?

Yes. It all started with the success of my 2015 viral hit single “Progression” featuring Armageddon of the late Big Pun’s Terror Squad and indie hip hop Detroit star Revolver. It later allowed me to team up with Armageddon again to release a full album, titled RHYMAGEDDON that released May 2017. After 2017, a lot of doors opened that allowed me to continue making music and reach fans internationally.

Thank you for speaking with us! For our final question, is there anything else you would like to add?

Thank you for the Interview. “Africa to the world’. Please continue to follow me on all platforms and support the movement.
