Welcome Aboard to a World “Ozurie!”

With vintage, expressive, foot-tapping grooves and undoubtedly powerful guitar riffs, Ozurie is the epitome of that Rock N’ Roll sound with a somewhat signature twist. Blending melodious and hard rock, this band is working towards creating an impressive discography that will be full of classic rock n roll flavors, reminiscent of the 80s and one that explores a range of topics jam-packed into one cohesive record that will be a joy to receive. Pulling inspirations from real-life experiences and accumulating into an assortment of melodies with a near-universal appeal, Ozurie seeks to establish themselves as a standout in the Vancouver rock circuit as they seek to gain a cult following through their impressive musical ability and ambitious approach to the rock music formula.

What you get from the self-titled single “Ozurie” is exactly 9 minutes of surreal listening experience, with the other two singles, “To The Moon” and “Bend,” taking you far, far away to a place of your own choosing; literally and metaphorically!

Ozurie blends arena-sized guitar riffs and flourishing rock melodies, and for variety and crystal clear polish, indulges in shoegaze fuzz, building a thudding, low-end groove ready to shatter your car windows to pieces.

This is a face-melting performance enhanced by the earth-shuddering drum grooves and dynamically crafty drop-tuned guitar riffs. You think that’s all; think again, because clearly, you’ve not had the chance to experience such marvelous musical madness as this!

The vocals are ethereal, and what’s fascinating is that they are subtly audible; they just haunt from the background in a way that is indescribably impactful, pertaining to the genre appeal of seemingly soft rock!

I feel that through the drummer’s zestful tantrum and the guitarist’s brutal determination in “Bend,”  we witness Ozurie’s passion.
