He is back, and this time he does things differently with his 5-track EP, “Cali Pack 6” that is a huge testament to his limitless creativity and versatility as a hip-hop artist and storyteller. This EP was inspired by California sound and is essentially different from what he creates, but he nailed it…of course he did!

“$o Fly” will leave you feeling exactly that; this track features such a richly eclectic instrumentation that gives that feeling before the start of a huge football game with all the hype and stuff. The punchy drums, the catchy hooks in between, and the intricate wordplay are seriously tasty and leave a lasting impression on a listener. This is the kind of beat that Lamar thrives on, and NevaLow really ate it up! I love the dimension of the beats really and the variety offered; this production was so clever and different from what you’d call a traditional ‘rap’ sound, and that’s top-notch innovation right here!

“Keep My Pace” sees NevaLow levitate over the beat; it’s like he is talk-walking on this beat, in similar fashion to DaBaby. This beat is insane, and he really pounded an appropriate punch. The only sad thing is that it ends so fast, leaving you craving more!

“Dip$Et” is an intoxicating masterpiece. The production is hypnotic, and NevaLow’s performance comes off Kodak-like with subtle mumble influences over the druggy tones!

The strength of “Hyphy” lies in its sawtooth bass that rattles the floor as it excels through that signature trap hi-hat, snare, and 808-driven beat backed by rapid-fire freestyle rhymes by NevaLow as he asserts his lyrical prowess.

“Make Believe” is mellow and gentle yet powerful, but with a low-key, more lyrical tone and rounds out this incredible EP that showcases NevaLow’s unmatched versatility!
