Our editorial team loves innovative bands like the Loud Library. With their new EP, “Shades of loud,” the alternative pop band shows that originality in music still exists. Honestly, in an era where so many songs sound the same, “Shades of loud” is a gift.
The band, consisting of Ben Smith (Vocals&Bass), Garrett Holm (Guitars), Judicael Bationo (Drums) all have an intriguing creative spirit. Not surprising that they perform shows that have the audience in love with their sound. They might continue to shock the music industry.
“Portrait” is hands up my favorite song on the project, although the entire EP is a regal body of work and proof that Loud Library puts their heart and soul into the craft. The lyrics paint a beautiful image of love and in essence, give rise to that very feeling. It’s sexy, mature, and it’s just a total stunner. It’s a lovers’ anthem; a great theme song for those moments of romantic excitement.
Indeed, the 2018 formulated band has developed an interesting artistic universe but above all intriguing in many ways.
