Karma Town is an up-and-coming musical talent all the way from Israel and he is swiftly making a name for himself outside of Israel with his tasteful musical style that is finding its way uninterrupted through many listeners’ hearts. He makes unique music setting himself apart from other artists with his atmospheric style and heavy reliance on sonic textures as well as the immersive experience he offers to the listener. Music seems to be his main tool of expressing himself fully and openly. Words are powerful and songwriting has always helped artists see that more clearly. He is always honest in his writing and through his truthful songwriting; he is able to create that special connection between him and his listeners. It is safe to say he is the artist to watch out for as his monumental potential has started showing its face and I can confirm that it is indeed a critically acclaimed and mainstream face!

The track “Oh No” is the first single off of his upcoming album and it is a melodic synth-pop that features emotionally vulnerable lyrics backed by a moderate understanding (and interest) in various melodies and cadences. Karma Town’s melodic vocal style veers on melancholic and feels that he is addicted to that form of toxicity. He doesn’t want to let go if even he knows where the road leads to – he wants to hold on and will probably get hurt again! Such is the conundrum of love!

There is a diversity of tasteful and rhythmic instruments on display that paint this synth-pop with that dancing light and it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to dance your broken heart out to the capstone of the anthemic melody that is driven and made firm with that invigorating and cleverly infused bassline. Everything was done to perfection from the lyrics, the vocals, the production, and the mixing and mastering of the sound.

The official music video is an intriguing cinematic trailer on its own that holds a viewer’s attention and never lets go with the ensuing scenes resonating with the message behind the lyrics, being delivered in Hollywood style in what is by far an exceptional visual and raw treat.
