Justen Kilgore has proven to be a vital element in the West Coast rap scene; based out of Los Angeles, he has been proving on multiple occasions that he has got what it takes to restore the lost glory of the West Coast hip-hop scene, going on to earn an up-and-coming notice among the global rap scene. His Spotify channel boasts over 18K monthly listeners, with hundreds of thousands of streams already achieved in the short period of time he has been in the music industry.

Currently making waves with his “JaK & Kill” album, Justen has been demonstrating his boundless creativity both as a rapper and songwriter.

With “Gin & Juice”, Justen decided to pay homage to one of the realest to ever do it in the game, and of course, his biggest inspiration in the hip hop music industry; Snoop Dogg, who originally released “Gin & Juice” in January 1994.

As you’d expect, Kilgore’s “Gin & Juice” is futuristic and totally fire as he pulls through with some realistic rhymes, masterful flows, and cadence over the dripping trap-inspired melodies. Blend that with his effortless southern aura flanked by his Cali vibe, and you just want him to never stop performing!

He’s got that killer instinct in him, and the way he manages to own this performance—emanating some charm offensive, unequalled stage presence, and punchline-heavy bars capped off by catchy hooks—is why this track, in such a short amount of time since its release, already has over 10K Spotify streams.

Justen Kilgore is way too smooth over those beats, and you can understand why this virtuosic lyricist has been on a meteoric rise to the top of California rap.

Justen Kilgore wants you to know that he has barely scratched the surface; once he does, all his opponents will be begging for him to go easy on them…but by then, it will be too late, and he will be selling out stadiums all over — watch out!
