Reggae fusion is his style and he brings music for the soul to the table backed by his innate charisma, the burning insatiable passion, and the mammoth depth of his sheer musicality; Jamaal Marc Anthony goes by the professional stage name of Jay Shephard and true to his name has been an eclectic shepherd of the reggae vibes coming through with some deservedly acclaimed reggae jams mixed to stunning effects with the banging elements of the danceable dancehall and blended with the futuristic pop medley for that wholesome and fulfilling sound. Jay was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, and was influenced by celebrated artists such as; Bob Marley, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Michael Jackson, and Gentleman- he has always sought to mirror his own artistry to the legacy such legends left! Jay has gone on from surviving a fatal near-death shot to the face to writing a book, “Take A Shot at Your Dreams; Before Murphy’s Law takes a Shot at you” and winning several accolades for his work as a musician including the Elevation Award for “Best International Artist”

He is back on the music road with another dancehall-infused banger dubbed “Honey”.
