Dylan Tauber is an award-winning electronic music producer, cyber artist, photographer and author who is currently based in Northern Israel where he has been astonishing the world with his musical and other gifts. Through his Son of Waves studios, he has built reputable work not only around music but around cyberspaces and photography which has expanded his catalog and made him an all-rounded sort-after artist. He has released 15 electronically-infused albums with deservedly acclaimed ones such as, “Sounds from Space 2” and “He Loves Carmen” going on to put him on the map and endear him to a massive following globally.

He is now back with another album, “The Lagoon” that is Island inspired and features some of the most coruscating and stunningly innovative soundtracks I’ve listened to in a while. A 12-piece collection, this is absolutely the best album to start your day! That cover art is absolutely phenomenal and a magnificent depiction of such a consummate body of work!

The opening track is enthralling and addicting; “Please Stay” features those blissful female vocals that give this tune an affectionate feel and the way they float over the trance-like melodic spark is ear-grabbing and indescribably beautiful. The hypnotic percussion is a thing of absolute beauty and the beats here feel like they have been sent from the future- luxuriously deep and rhythmic, flaunting their synthetic gestures with every element in the instrumentation sitting in nicely to fashion a timeless masterpiece.

“Dance for Me” is not for the lazy ones- this is one of those tracks that invite you to dance to as the melodies stretch with a dazzling amount of melodic freedom and rhythmicity. The female vocal drops are coruscating and feel heavenly with the beats flamboyantly detained and colored with fascinating wasps of percussion that give goosebumps and warm the heart in inexplicable ways. The sound emitted here has a way it stays with its listener even though the track is long gone.

I’m not one to spill all the beans and end up spoiling the party- you can be best guaranteed that from this collection, you will fall in love with more than half the tracks!

To enjoy the party from inside; follow the attached link, stream “The Lagoon” and find out the tracks you most resonate with. Add them as favorites under your playlist and share them with other listeners around you!
