Dave Rose Has Etched Out Refreshing Vibes of R&B With a Cool Execution in the Single “High Heels”

After Dave Rose’s uniquely written single “High Heels” was released, we caught up with an insightful interview with such a talented artist to explore his eidetic experience and what he had to say about his incredible musical journey so far. “High Heels” is captivating from the start to finish with a combination of unique beats and catchy lyrics. What was the inspiration behind the single?

I just wanted to create a fun & catchy r&b jam people can listen to in any situation whether it’s at a club , hangin out at a bar, at restaurant or driving in the car. I wanted to make somethin that’ll just put you in a good mood

What is your creative process when creating new music?

I love writing songs and it comes quite easy to me, so the first thing I always do is find a beat I vibe with. I love lookin through beats and then gettin to the one beat that just makes your head bop and you know that’s the one for your next project.

Was there anyone or anything in particular that pushed you to pursue music?

I’ve always loved music and I been imagining myself performing songs to huge crowds singing along to my lyrics for as long as I can remember and I always pushed myself to work hard so I’ll one day be able to do that.

Do you have a favorite musical project that you’ve worked on?

My favorite project is definitely this one right here “High Heels”. Out of the 6 songs I have out right now it’s by far the most professional and has the most potential to be a Hit.

Do you have any dream collaborations? Who are they?

I have so many artists I look up to and I would love to be able to collaborate with many of them one day but if I had to narrow it down I would say Chris brown and T.I.. cause those are the first artists I ever listened to and to this day their my 2 favorites.

What’s your motto or the advice you live by?

I’ve always just lived by the belief that if there’s somethin you love doin and your good at it the only thing standing in your way is you and that through a relentless work ethic and perseverance you’ll eventually be able to live the life you’ve always dreamed of living. So I guess my “advice” is: work your ass of, believe in yourself and just go get it!
