BT the Artist joins us again to discuss his music, his inspirations, and what we can expect from him in the future! Make sure to check out our interview below:
Thank you for your time. Thanks for speaking with us! How’s everything going?
Everything has been well and the world is slowing getting back to normal so that’s GREAT.
What sets your music apart? What is unique, or at least uncommon?
The thing that sets my music apart is that it’s different. The beats I choose are upbeat and danceable. I uplift everyone in my music and the message is usually positive even in negotiate situations.
Please tell us more about your single “Risks” How did this song first come together and what is the inspiration behind it?
I love All The Risks, the song practically wrote itself. I sacrificed a lot in my day-to-day life for sports and music MY ENTIRE LIFE. So I had write a song about the sacrifices athletes/singers need to make during their regular life cause it’s common throughout the world.
Which release of yours has had a large impact on your life, whether the storyline was based on a life experience or the process of putting the song together helped you approach music production differently?
My favorite song is Different right now. Its an upbeat, motivational song, with a message saying don’t be afraid to be different.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
One thing most people don’t know about me is I can play 3 sports at a very high level. Baseball, Basketball, and football.
Are you working independently or with any production house or recording label?
I am signed to Concore Entertainment and to BT Records.
If you had one message to give your fans, what would it be?
When the world opens up, come party at one of my shows. Until then MASK UP.
Do you have any dream collaborations? Who are they?
I like to create separation in the tracks, so the people I would love to work with are mostly singers. I think having a singer and a rapper on the track is a perfect balance.
