With the many singers and songwriters, very few are able to capture this emotion. Blake Wharton is one of the free souls who has traveled and knows the path to the deepest corners of human emotion. He is a singer/songwriter who is mostly known for his incredible career in Motorcross and is proud to present “Sweetest Love”, his newest single.

If you were to ask me any of my favorite guitar-voice combos, this will be one of them, I was immediately attracted to this piece. The guitar is warm, easy, and almost perfectly resonates in my headphones. The minimalism is, well… big,  yeah. A little bit of an oxymoron, right? Hear me out, the guitar on this joint is played with such accuracy that it’s almost mesmerizing. Irrespective of the repetitive nature of the strumming, it sounds phenomenal. The vocal intonation of Blake Wharton is creative and controlled. The feeling he’s expressing is believable. He lets you live vicariously through him.

The song lyrically highlights the kind of romantic relationship Blake Wharton prefers, where it has ingredients to make it the “Sweetest Love” that make it whole, things like honesty trust, communications, and many more.
