The new track of this artist “Take My Time” is causing a buzz among the listeners with its distinctive musical offering. The track is lifted off his upcoming album which drops on February 14th. Dealing with sensitive elements like coming up from nothing, each track in the album comes with a relatable subject matter that engages the listeners.

We asked him a variety of questions on his personal and professional front. Here are a couple of excerpts from the interview.

Thank you for speaking with us at African Hype. What’s the first thing you hope new listeners feel when listening to your music?

A different vibe; something they can feel and relate to.

Congratulations on the release of “Take My Time”! What is the motivation behind such a lyrically rich and melodically unique single?

My album motivated me with the single because I took my time to push my music.

What has your musical journey been like? Run us through your story.

Loses, it started off as fun but life and losses hit. There was a point of time I could’ve stopped or push forward. I choose to push forward with my music because I know the people I lost would want me to continue the journey. You will be able to feel that through my album.

You made some significant progress in 2020. How did the Global pandemic affect your career?

It had a positive influence on my music. It gave me more time to write this album and make goals for my music.

What inspired you to pursue music?

My father because he played different genres of music. Also my family because music played a big part in our gathering. That’s why on my album you can get a mixture of different styles of music because I am different.

If you could collaborate with any artist, who would it be?

I wouldn’t want to collaborate with any artist because I feel like I bring everything to the table as far as music wise. Shout out to all the local I mess with I’m always willing to work with people I have already worked with and people I have already worked with.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I don’t really listen to mainstream rappers or follow trends.

For our final question, is there anything else you would like to add?

Album dropping feb 20,2021 pre-order will be available feb 14, 2021. Shoutout Dskrilla, Frank Gotti TonyGucch, Domino and the whole eastside of Gary. That’s on the Biggest G we up next!!!
