UK-Based Three Piece Band Any Hot Drinks Set to Premier Their New Music Video “Truncheon Meat” on 24TH June at 7PM GMT
Any Hot Drinks is a three-piece band hailing from Newcastle UK. As far as their music goes, it is genre-defying and they bend the rules deliberately to come up with a sound that traverses the genre boundaries in fact, the staggering variety in their stage name “Any Hot Drinks” always seems appropriate with regards to their type of music. Here in this eclectic pot of melody, you get hit with the quick-fire nostalgic aura of the heavy black metal, the rhythmic drive of classic and contemporary rock, and even for delightful appeal, the more alluring and invitingly compelling traditional rock and pop music. They are simply an all-in-one type of band mixing and mastering beauteous sound for pleasure and thrill- and pleasure and thrill they evoke!
And that is how music has to be; not entirely confining to some defined boundaries and rules and sometimes breaking free off of those chains; I mean there is so much fun in breaking the law sometimes and rules were made to be broken right! Any Hot Drinks are now gracing themselves up for the official release of their new music video that celebrates all types of love that is set to officially drop on June the 24th just in time for the LGBT pride month!
This is inspired by the romance between two policemen and celebrates the Gay pride and that burning passion of the rechristened “forbidden Love”. The title “Truncheon Meat” has absolutely no relevance to the song and that is where the fun, unpredictability, and excitement reside- allowing a listener to marvel at such exceptionality and improvisation from the title to the last drop of the melodic slice!
This tune is going to hit on all the right nerves and you can rest assured that it is a masterpiece both in essence and tonality. There is an abundance of flavorful instrumental play from the drums, the bass rhythms, and all sorts of electric guitars performed with virtuosity and showmanship- with the whole sound blurring the lines of metal rock, the classic, and more traditional rock, and the imposing pop medley!
